Detail pozice
You will be responsible for:
- Development and maintenance of tooling in the QA department
- Providing SW development support to Quants Maintenance of the used infrastructure
- Ensuring processes are followed (includes tuning the processes)
- Interaction with Quants – support, close cooperation, delivering QA products
- Interaction with IT teams (QA clients) – providing our products
- Interaction with ProdOps teams – ensuring our infrastructure works
- Providing support to QA management when required
Požadujeme
Our requirements:
- Bachelor degree in computer science from a top university or a master degree in another technical discipline (physics, engineering, maths) with relevant experience
- Good C# or Python knowledge and proven work experience
- Windows system administration and general networking knowledge
- MSSQL Server 2008+ and relational DB concepts knowledge
- Experience with DevOps development approach
- Good understanding of continuous integration, testing, dependency management
- Fluent and articulate English, written and spoken
- Linux system administration, multi-platform (Windows, Linux) development
- Perl / Python / Powershell scripting
- Systems management and monitoring tooling (e.g., Nagios)
- Data warehousing / ETLBasic knowledge of Web development (JavaScript, KnockoutJS, AngularJS, Typescript)
- Basic understanding of C / C++, LVVM, Clang
- Proactive, able to work independently and within a team
- Methodical aptitude for problem solvingKeen and able to learn quickly new technologies
- Able to adapt to change and work in a fast changing environment
- Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersUses initiative to spot potential problems and finds innovative ways to solve them
- Process oriented, with emphasize on documentation
