* Supporting the SD Analytics & Planning/Recruitment Team
* Updating overview on available capacity on projects
* Processing incoming staffing requests in system
* Communicating with line management & other stakeholders
* Serving as a first point of contact for capacity planning tool questions
* Reporting and preparation of presentations
Working at least 20 hours/week, contract until the end of year with possibility of prolongation.
Salary: 120 -160 CZK/h (depends on experience and weekly working fund)
Location: Prague 4 (right next to the metro station)
- Fluent English
- Previous experience from administration or customer service
- MS Excel on advance level (lookup and if formulas, pivot tables etc.)
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to prioritize multiple incoming requests
- Customer service oriantation
- Pro-active and communicative personality
- Ability to work in an international team
