You will provide the remote IT support to end-users and business units, to ensure fast and highly effective solution for end-user personally, on the phone or via management tools and provide advanced tasks in various administration systems. The job holder is recognized by the company as a specialist providing the end-user HelpDesk IT support.
- Experience with IT helpdesk, Service desk or IT Technical Support.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be communicative and excited about IT.
